1. Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do. Just click your way through the order process and the correct postage will be added automatically. We charge £7.50 for the UK, £18 for Europe and £30 for the rest of the world.
2. Are the sizes displayed on the site UK sizes?
Yes. For example: If you want to convert from a US Ladies size deduct two for your UK size. So if you are a US Ladies 9 for instance you should order a “7” from us. If you want to convert from a US Mens size you deduct one for you UK size. If you are a US Mens 10 you need to order a “9”.
UK sizes to European sizes works like this: UK 3 (36), UK 4 (37), UK 5 (38), UK 6 (39), UK 7 (41), UK 8 (42), UK 9 (43), UK 10 (45), UK 11 (46), UK 12 (47).
3. Do we accept returns?
Yes we do. If you are unhappy, for whatever reason, with your internet order within 7 days of receipt please feel free to send it back along with a covering letter stating your details, date of purchase and Order Confirmation number. Any unwanted footwear needs to be completely unworn for us to be able to accept the return.
4. Where is the shop and what are your opening hours?
We are located on 5 Kentish Town Road, NW1 8NH London, UK. Next to Camden Town Station. We are open 10:30-19:00 everyday including Sundays.
