HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?
Customers in the UK:Boots and Shoes:£7.50; Accessories - Laces:£2.50, Polish/Shoe Cream:£3.50
Customers in the European Union: Boots and Shoes: £18 - £22, depending on location;
Accessories - Laces:£3.50, Polish/Shoe Cream:£4.20
Customers in the USA and the rest of the world: Boots and Shoes: £30; Accessories - Laces:£4.50, Polish/Shoe Cream:£4.50
HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?
Most of the goods we sell are heavy and bulky and this necessarily impacts on delivery times, particularly overseas. We aim to send all orders out within 7 - 10 working days, but the majority go out within 2 - 3 working days.
Customers in the UK - We normally use a tracked courier service provided by Interlink Express. They provide a next day delivery service, except weekends, once orders leave us. We do, however, ask customers to allow up to ten working days from placing an order before lodging an enquiry about non receipt of goods. For Northern Ireland and The Highlands And Islands, we use Royal Mail. A courier service can be provided at extra cost on request.
Customers in the European Union – For all countries which are members of the European Union, we also use courier services provided by Interlink/DPD Europe or Seabourne Group. who offer our customers an express tracked delivery service . A delivery time of three to seven working days is to be expected once orders leave us. Problems or enquiries should be referred to Stuart at firstname.lastname@example.org. For those countries not in the European Union, we always use Royal Mail air parcel service, which is a non-tracked service.
Customers in the USA and the rest of the world – Orders are usually sent out to the USA on a Tuesday. Our courier company is Seabourne Group who offer our customers an express tracked delivery service . A delivery time of up to seven working days is to be expected,after goods leave us. Please note that all local taxes, duties and other charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by our delivery charges. Problems or enquiries should be referred to Stuart at email@example.com.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF NON RECEIPT OF GOODS?
It is very unusual for goods not to reach their destination. However, in the unlikely event of non receipt or general enquiries concerning delivery issues, customers should contact Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As far as we can we will replace any goods lost in transit, subject to our being able to submit a claim to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be in resalable condition and should not have been worn outside.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to return any goods, please first contact Stuart at Customer Services ( email@example.com) who will explain the procedure to you.
If you are returning goods for any reason other than that they are faulty or incorrect, we would recommend that you use a tracked or recorded delivery service and retain your receipt for future reference. If you are returning incorrect or faulty goods, we will endeavour to replace them or give you a full refund, including the cost of sending them back, provided this has been done on the basis of our instructions, following your contacting Customer Services. In such circumstances we will not meet the cost of couriers for goods returned from outside the UK unless we have first agreed to do so.
